About me
Hi, I'm Ryan
BIO
I am a Trauma survivor who through great discipline, determination, and education, advocates for self-care and the importance of early childhood development (ECD). I am led by many of the traits along the INFJ and INTJ spectrum. Like others that are strong in these traits, you feel like an outcast from others because of the quirks that come along with the rare traits. Mix that with being raised in a "toxic" environment and my head was a mess for years. It was a difficult journey to figure out my chaos but through education, self-reflection and discipline I was practicing what I preach. I realized that by turning a routine into a lifestyle I was manifesting my future and I began to see how I could reach my goals. I was feeling better. I was making others feel better. Best of all, I was under full control of myself and no longer led by fears or insecurities, I get energized by determination, and the inspiration of others. The potential of the human mind and spirit is amazing. If you look for them, there are amazing stories by amazing people all over the country and world. What is to stop me from doing great things? What is stop you from doing great things? What is your story? What's that thing you did that could inspire me or someone else? I would love to hear from you as I thrive on the positive energy of others. No time for toxicity, I have goals to achieve........let's achieve our goals together. It's not about being perfect, it's about trying and getting better.
Life Experience at a Glance
Besides being the oldest sibling & dealing with various abuse & neglect, as an adult & in looking back, I am able to lean on some great experience that has carried me through my life journey:
- Degree in law enforcement & lots of time spent with police ride alongs & internships with law enforcement.
- Apprehended shoplifters for many years for different companies & several years as an undercover agent where I studied people & behaviors all day as part of the role.
- Held many high responsibilty & leadership roles with various companies where working & influencing others was critical for success.
- Was able to travel around the country & meet people from all over fairly consistently for nearly 15 years.
- And like the rest of us we also learn from our personal & life experiences from our family, friends, workplace, etc.
Here in my blog & with the inspiration that is Jon Vavrek, I collect my thoughts, my questions, my experiences, my wisdom, and I want to share them with you. I want you to share back. Let's respect each other & make the world a better place.
